Stag & Ember sells hand-poured wax melts and home fragrance products.

As wax is a natural product, cosmetic variations may occur. This can include frosting or a crystalline appearance.
This is a natural characteristic of wax, not a defect, and does not affect fragrance strength, performance, or burn quality.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, colour and appearance may vary slightly between batches.

Orders & Payment

• Payments are taken securely at checkout via Wix

• Orders are subject to availability

• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders

Shipping

Dispatch times are stated on the website. UK delivery only, delivery times are estimates and delays caused by couriers are outside our control.
