Stag & Ember aims to process and dispatch orders promptly while ensuring the quality of our handmade products, UK shipping only at the present time. Orders placed for shipping outside  of the UK  will not be fulfilled. 

Processing & Dispatch

All orders are aimed to be dispatched within 3–4 working days from the date the order is received.

Many orders may be dispatched sooner; however, as some wax melts and home fragrance products are made to order, dispatch times may occasionally be extended to allow for production and curing.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery

• Delivery times are estimates provided by the courier and are not guaranteed

• Stag & Ember is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services once an order has been dispatched

Delays

Dispatch may be delayed during busy periods, public holidays, or where products are made to order. If a significant delay occurs, you will be contacted as soon as possible.
